Litera Meat is the largest and most modern slaughterhouse within the Pini Group, located in Binéfar (Huesca), Spain.
Due to its location between Aragón and Catalonia, this region is one of the largest pig production areas in Western Europe.
The plant opened in 2019 and operates fully on innovation and automation. With a capacity of 160,000 pigs per week and a production area of 62,000 m², Litera Meat is one of the most advanced slaughterhouses in Europe. The company employs over 1,600 people.
